Ariela Marie Conde is a dancer, educator, cultural producer, and embodied organizer committed to building community through movement, cultural education, and collective joy. She is the founder of Vibras, a Caribbean cultural event series that celebrates Caribbean heritage through dance, music, food, and education, and the founder of TropiHavana Entertainment, a company dedicated to creating authentic cultural experiences. She also serves as Co-Director of Santos Dance Co., where she mentors emerging dancers and cultivates the next generation of artists.


Her career spans the commercial dance industry, the Latin dance community, and cultural dance. Grounded in her Cuban and Puerto Rican roots, Ariela believes the arts are a powerful tool for preserving culture, expanding access to arts education, and advocating for policies and practices that foster equity, belonging, and thriving communities.
